Macao Beach is located northwest of the Bavaro Beach area, approximately 20 minutes drive between both beaches.

It is a beautiful beach surrounded by an incredible landscape, starting with the Caribbean Sea, its white sand and its crystal clear waters.

How is Macao beach

Macao is a completely public beach, and it is very popular with locals who come to this beach to spend the day with their family.

It is also an underdeveloped beach than other neighboring beaches such as Bavaro or Arena Gorda: In Macao there are few resorts, the only large one is the Dreams Macao that opened in 2020.

Macao Beach is beautiful but windy and has strong waves, so you have to be careful with your small children.
